We therefore make every effort to maintain a high standard of customer care and diligence in all our operational activities and customer facing processes. This is carried out with great emphasis on continuous improvement and investment in our processes and people. It is essential that we not only achieve but also exceed customer expectations through effective implementation and adherence to the requirements of our quality management system.A statement of conformity is sent with every consignment.
We have held aerospace approvals since 1990 achieving certification to AS 9100 & ISO 9001 in 2009.
Traceability
We maintain full traceability on all products that we manufacture. Our unique database system can track equipment, inspectors, delivery details as well as all materials back to their origin.
